Fifteen participants including five sisters of Sacred Heart Monastery, completed the 2-year Spiritual Direction Formation Program directed by S. Jeanne Ranek OSB, Ph.D. and S. Doris Oberembt OSB, M.A. 

  During the course of the program, the groups completes two on-site residencies at the monastery, independent study, on-line study, small group work and each partici-pant begins doing spiritual direction under the guidance of the program directors.

   During the on-site residencies, the group shares verbatims to learn from each other how to deal with dif-ferent issues and situations they encounter with directees, spend time in prayer and reflection and have presentations by the program directors.
