Sabbatical

If you are seeking extended time for rest and renewal in an unstructured, monastic setting, the Peace Center may be the place for your sabbatical. 

Design your own renewal time by selecting from opportunities for—

• prayer with the monastic community,

• enjoying natural outdoor beauty along the bluffs of the Missouri River,

• individual spiritual direction and/or a directed retreat,

• enrolling in courses at Mount Marty College,

• Individualized tutorial program in spiritual formation or spiritual direction ministry,

• Attending cultural events on campus and in the city,

• Reading and/or writing,

• Other creative options.
